The 7200/11.11 is the stock turbo for the 965 (C2T from '91-'94). Many places rebuild and sell these turbos.
I can appreciate frugal but be careful with used turbos. If they are damaged or worn out they can cause big problems. There is a point where saving money defeats the purpose. A rebuilt 3LDZ will cost a few hundred but you still have a turbo that boosts near 4000rpm. A new K27S is $1295 and boosts to 0.7bar by 2600rpm on a stock 930 exhaust.
Using a new but less expensive Garrett GT30 will require some modification or added expense in parts/labor which again may defeat the purpose. You have to do a lot of number crunching to see what is the best bang for the buck compromise.

A single source for all things turbo is a tall order. Turbos are designed for specific applications. They will work in a range of applications but overap when parameters change.
For example, a K27-7200/11.11 will reach 0.7bar at ~3200rpm in a stock 965. A 3LDZ will reach 0.7bar in the same car at ~3800rpm. Now add headers, fuel tuning, ignition tuning and a free flowing muffler and the 3LDZ will hit 0.7bar at ~3200rpm as well.
