Not necessarily, but of course a lot depends on the age of your stock clutch.

Those additions you mentioned - assuming you couple them with a decent muffler as well - will put you close to the threshold of the stock clutch. When I went down that slippery slope, the clutch started slipping a little. Just gave me a reason to keep sliding and spend more $$$.
Mark H. 1987 930, GP White, Wevo shifter, Borla exhaust, stock everything else. The result of a massive Pelicanite good will fire recovery effort. Truely an open book, ready for the slippery slopes to modification.
