That ignition delay relay is only annoying if the car it's in has leaky CIS injectors. Otherwise you'd never know it's there.

A 930 with healthy CIS injectors does not run on, or stumble on one tiny bit after shutting off the ignition.

The factory felt it was a good idea and it's a good feature for diagnosing injectors that leak down fuel pressure stored in the accumulator after the pumps are shut off.
