Rinse mineral spirits or parts cleaner through the top and bottom oil line fittings on the bearing housing in both directions and blow compressed air through them and repeat. It will flow right through.

Just don't soak the compressor side in mineral spirits or gasoline because the large silicone o ring that in the groove around the backplate will swell up and probably be ruined.

Other than that the entire turbocharger is made of metal and solvent won't hurt anything, and brake clean won't swell silicone orings either.

If you want to clean out the aluminum compressor housing and compressor wheel remove the 10mm bolts and bracket washers that hold it on and carefully lift it straight off without touching the edges of the compressor wheel, then remove the big red silicone oring in the groove around the backplate.
Now you can soak and rinse it in parts cleaner as long as you want without hurting anything.
