A few things to check. First is the DME relay under the seat. usually these are just replaced. Also, keep a new spare in the glove compartment. These have been known to just quit on their own.

since you were in the engine bay messing with fuel lines I suspect you might have created a problem with the speed and timing reference sensors. These will be located in the rear center of the engine since they read the flywheel through a notch on the transmission bell crank. The gap might have been disturbed or they might be unplugged.

Also, you might want to check the tank fuel filter screen to be clogged (are you getting fuel?) since the car sat for so long. The system needs to be primed yet, the fuel pump does not run unless the engine is cranking. You could jumper the fuel pump to prime the system.
