A modified USA fuel head can support ~425whp. The most I have heard of is ~450. Anything past 400whp takes a lot of tuning and modification. Adjustable WUR is mandatory.
The fuel pumps and injectors can support much more. The bottleneck is likely the air metering plate. The AFR see-saw of the WUR begins to degrade at the extreme ends of the operating range, off boost and redline. You get one or the other but may not have both.
