Great job pushing through it all!
After seeing how my idle mixture was affected when I installed these headers on my car I called a few clients to see if this was an isolated event. Every one had to bump the mixture rich. I am going to include this observation in future instruction sheets.
The headers do have a few unexpected characteristics. Another is they are more quiet than the stock heat exchangers at idle. I was very surprised at that. There is a cammy sound but it is very smooth and crisp, not at all unpleasant. You can tell there is definitely something extra having short tuned equal length primaries and secondaries.
