Here are some pics of new 993TT rear calipers. they use the 48 x 132mm pad and have 28/28mm pistons. They are axially mounted vs the big reds or medium S4/993 front calipers which are radially mounted.

These would require the loss of rear Ebrake. Honestly they do have a larger pad and dissipate more heat with the large 322 x 28mm rotor although the stock rear 930 caliper and pad is similar to the stock 964 turbo which offers a lot of brake. I would focus mostly on the fronts first.

The braking of my turbo and C2 is really quite adequate and I have been in some GT2's and 996TT's that did not seem to brake as well with their larger calipers and rotors.
