Mileage will always make a difference on the show cars (a.k.a garage queens). It really depends what has been done or not done as far as maintenance to the car during its 80K life.
As far I know, there was not a 400BHP engine available, but with Special Wishes, anything was possible if the Werke I facility wanted to take it on. I have the precursor of the U.K.'s 930 SE engine. Bigger turbo, more aggressive cams, less restrictive exhaust, front mounted oil cooler for a 330BHP engine.
