Good job Gonzo. If the leak is not the timing chain cover, it might be the o-ring on the cam plate. I'd try the cover first with a sealer. Hopefully it's not the timing chain housing or o-ring.

Gogo, how do you know you have a leak? CO us odorless and colorless.

I would remove the duct work from the heater boxes to make sure no CO is reaching the passenger cabin.
