before you drive/run the car you need to find out where the leaks are, it is possibly either a loose filler cap a split pan gasket.
A leaking front O ring seal or TC radial seal( this comes out of the grate)
Or leaking cooler lines, if you can get the car up on a lift this will make diagnosis much easier.
If you can identify the leak please report back.
To fill the trans you would first start the engine then run the shifter through all of its selections. with the park brake set and your foot on the brake pedal, put the shifter into neutral for a second or 2 before putting it back into park.
Then with engine running you would fill the tank to the correct level indicated on the tank with the car running and the trans in park
