If you are just changing the rubber sleeve then the pipe does not have to be removed. Loosen both clamps and slide a tiny screwdriver around the perimeter of the rubber sleeve to loosen it. Do the same up top. Now you can rotate the pipe toward you and pull it back away from the turbo. Should be able to remove the sleeve and install a new one at that point.
