Depends on the engine mileage, oil type etc. I use 20W50 dyno oil in my car with 250,000km (150,000 miles) on it (no rebuild). Pressure at cold startup idle is about 3-4 bar, warm idle is about 1 bar, fully warmed up the oil pressure is about 1+ bar per 1000 rpm (3 bar at 2,200 4 bar at 3,000 rpm +). From what I understand warm idle pressure is not too important and on a hot day with moderately high engine temps it may show just below 1 bar - enough to cause the warning light to flicker on occasionally, but as long as the pressure follows the 1 bar per 1,000 rpm rule of thumb then there's nothing to worry about. You need to get very worried and shut down immediately if there is a sudden pressure drop and the red idiot light comes on.

When these engines were new the pressure was probably pegged at 5 bar on cold start and anything above 2,000 rpm, but as the engine wears the pressure will gradually reduce.
