FS: 2.7 engine & 915 4speed trans

I have a 2.7 based on a 72 2.4 engine. It was built in 1982 with new 2.7 euro spec pistons and cylinders, E-cams, turbo tensioners, and Weber’s (jetted to match engine specs). All new bearings, the heads were ported and rebuilt. The car was wrecked in 1983 with around 10,000 to 12,000 miles on engine and has been setting since. I started it every month or so for around three years until the starter died, from then I would put some oil in the cylinders and rotate it a couple times a year since. I pulled the plugs and one had some rust indicating water had gotten in that cylinder (I don’t think much because looking in the cylinder, it looks fine), it turns over fine. I also pulled the upper valve covers and the cams look perfect, no pits or rust. As you can see the heat exchangers are shot. Selling it with 72 915 4 speed (was shifting fine) and Perma-tune CD unit.

$2,000 obo, Located in Sumter, SC 29150 would prefer locale pickup but can ship at buyer’s expense.

SOLD. Thanks Chris!
