You might just need new tie rod ends and an alignment. Check air pressure and the front tires too.

After that it's just lots of fun upside down work removing the front suspension and cleaning everything and replaceing the control arm bushings.
Dirty job, not easy getting it all backtogether, and time consuming.. but very satisfying once it's all done.
