Same as changing oil in a 3.2. Sometimes there's a drain plug on the bottom of the turbo sump tank.
No extra service for the turbo other keep clean air filters and don't shut it down after driving hard, let it idle for a few minutes to let oil and air cool the turbo. It will last a long time that way.
