I don't know why your pressure would change so drastically due to heat, but who knows? It can't hurt to pull the regulator out of the fuel distributor. If it's all gummed up, it might be an indicator of the general condtion inside the fuel head.

I'm still not clear if you're referring to the system pressure or to the warm control pressure (the control pressure being established by the WUR). If you're talking warm control pressure dropping off to less than 1 bar, I would think your WUR is at fault (I know you've replaced it, so...?).

Somewhere you have fuel pressure bleeding off. I would point you to the ball check valve at the front pump, but you've already replaced it as well.

Currently stumped....
