First time? About 6hr to remove and the same to install. Chasing tools and figuring out what to do in what order eats up time.
Now? Not too long ago I had to drop my engine 3 times in a week or so due to various issues. The 3rd time I had it on the ground in less than 2 hours and back in and running in about the same or a little more. I have developed an incredible check list that is specific to my car. Double checking everything now takes the most time.

BTW this is NOT something you want to aspire to! Ha!
