Called a "Sandwich adaptor".

These were commonly used for oil temp probes, difficult to find now. I still have an old one but it's threads will be different from the Porsche filter thread.

The billet ring you mention is another style. It likely has in and out ports for a remote oil cooler. These are still common, but not really what you're after. You could potentially modify one to work assuming it's diameter matches the Porsche filter O-ring size, but still the threads won't match what Porsche uses.
