The rear shocks and front strut inserts are personal preference, there is no best without knowing how you plan to use the car.

I like Bilstein sports because they are firm and handle great. They are good street and occasional track use shock absorbers.

If you have bumpy roads and soft core women ride in the car frequently with you then you might prefer the smoother but still well controlled ride of the Bilstein heavy duty shocks. Thats what the origonal green ones are.

Koni's are good too and they are adjustable.
I've had both and I prefer the Bilsteins ride and they look better made to me.

I have Bilstein sports in the rear and Bilstein RSR valved inserts in the front. The RSR inserts are made for track use and stiffer than the sports. They were in the car when I bought it and they are stiffer than I like for the street but they are very nice on the track.
