Sanders has a good reputation for quality. That said, I've had Sway a Way for 10 years with out problems. For solid vs hollow, I think it's more of a weight issue, unless you are getting the largest hollow bars, which might have an effective rate higher than the largest solid bars. Unless you're tracking the car at the highest, I doubt you would need the hollow bars.

I'm using the largest solid t-bars I could find when I installed mine years ago. IIRC they are 23 and 29 mm.
