Please critique this 930 3.5 TT w/ EFI

So my hunt for a 930 continues and here is my latest find.
It is a '79 930 modified to 3.5L with twin turbo running EFI. The big caveat is #4 cylinder has no pressure so its either dropped valve and/or burnt piston. Dyno shows it was making 500+ rwhp before.

I'm of course most concern about the damaged cylinder. From what I read, it could range from a simple top end valve job to a complete engine rebuild.
In one of the pic it show that the compression varies from 100 - 125psi. What does it tells me? Is it too big a range for a big bored twin turbo engine?

As clueless as I am about Porsche, I'm including some pics so experienced eyes here can scrutinize and see what else could be said about this car.
