It was indeed Sams Club targamaniac..
All I said to the nice claim agents was that they needed to replace and not 'fix' them and i thought they were worth $500 each and so they sent me a check for $1000 to buy 2 new wheels. that easy..
I'll leave out the drama where I went back and confronted the shop guys for not fessing-up to what they knew they had done.. I was not a happy camper
