I don't doubt Elephants product, but I'm sure they have a bigger trunk to keep their $$$'s in than I do right now LOL!

That's the beauty of these parts though. When I go to upgrade, as long as I've kept my original parts in good order, I can resell them.

ANYway, I must have tossed my old smogger engine to tank flex line #911-107-742-10. As I recall it was pretty shot out when I pulled it. All I've found in my old parts bin with an appropriate fitting is a smogger crossover line (the hard pipe that directs it around the engine #930-107-741-11, I've already replaced this with the backdated 911-107-739-10). I'm wondering if a good shop can cut off the section with the 90 bend and 30mm connector, remove the old connector and hose from the line I get with the cooler (appears to be 930-107-743-15), and then press a new hose section onto that using the 90 doner at the end? I don't want to cut up my engine to tank flex #911-107-728-00 to try this as it's in perfect shape and may be of use to someone else for some unexplained reason.

I am going to offer the #930-107-741-11 crossover piece up for sale first though before I put anymore thoughts into butchering it. If anyone cares check the 'for sale' out later today. It may just be that someone might want that too. I'll offer #911-107-728-00 later after I get my cooler going.

If my evil surgery would work, then all I'm worried about for my app. is some light pitting on the flange of the connector I need.
