1. It is not a euro car. It is not even a 911S. It has the low performance version of the 2.7 engine, suspenion, etc. All US 74's have small bumpers.

2. Restoring a '74 that needs a full paint job and rust repair will almost always cost more than what you can sell the restored car for...unless it is some sort of special car like a Carrera or unless you are a paint and body man. I bought a nice '74 last year with a perfect body, fresh paint, professionally rebuilt engine, correct fuchs, perfect dash pad, and mostly new interior for $11K. I had much more than that into restoring my old car (just in parts) before it was totalled ...and I had started out with a well cared for, good running, rust free southwestern daily driver). The very good glass-out paint job alone on the $11K car would have probably cost me more than $6K here.

3. A parked car in Florida goes to crap pretty fast. Your car has already sat for 10 years. If you cannot fix it for at least four more years, expect a lot more work and money to get it on the road then. If you do not need to keep this one for sentimental purposes, sell it to someone with the time and funds to fix it now. Later if you have the time and money to buy another, you may find a better preserved or restored model to work with. You know your financial situation better than we do. If you need the money, sell the car to someone that will fix it...and open up some garage space.
