Real mesurements are much, better than trying to think it through.
I can see how that would be.
Probably small toe changes with lowering from stock then as the camber curve flattens and the toe curve steepens, toe out will increase.
I assume the measurements were without the popular steering rack spacer kit , not on a 930 suspention, and with no other bump steer correction kit or method.
