I carry these and have a few in stock. Also handle rebuilds/modifications and match fuel heads with WUR's as a set tuned to your engine. The WUR's are rebuilt and modified as well.
Yes, the early "Euro" is steel and the '86-on is aluminum.
With mild mods you should not need to change your fuel head. You may need to change your WUR. The WUR can be rebuilt stock, made adjustable, or rebuilt to your engine's spec.
The AFR of your engine should be measured now to see the condition of your system and anticipate what, if anything, will be needed. Once the mods are in place re-measure the AFRs and make any adjustments.
Generally it is a good idea to assess the health of your fuel system before doing any mods. There are a lot a aging systems out there that are gummed up to some degree, or worn and out of spec.
