Yes I do- i have a 40R on my car and I use a drip tank going into the scavenge pump. However, my car has the later case which does not have the sump plate and I do not like the idea of substituting the drain plug for the turbo drain. With the plate, you can have both.
I think this would be the path of least amount of pain/money for your situation
