Pretty much covered it.
Warm up the engine for a few minutes.
Drain the tank.
Drain the sump.
Pull the filter (check to make sure the old gasket was removed).
Install new filter (with a small amount of oil on the new gasket).
Fill the tank with 10 quarts
Check level and be prepared to add 1 more quart.
IIRC, the oil pressure is 1 bar per 1000 RPM. You might have a bad sending unit?
