There is really now way to tell how much HP would be gained, other than running on a Dyno.

I would tell you there are several things that should be done before even considering raising the boost. Verify you have, at least , a European exhaust system and free flow muffler, check correct operation on the CIS system and varify afr's across the rpm range, check the distributor advance and, especially.
retard functions are correct and operating properly, check timing is in spec, add
a larger aftermarket intercooler.

Many may disagree but over-boosting can easily cause fatal damage
if the engine is not modified to accommodate higher boost levels.
