Got a thorough and informative turbo lesson from Dwaine at Vision, finally caught him before he head to the track. Regarding the Kokeln, it is a high end Turbonetics center section based upon a Garrett center section. It's what is considered to be non-sealed, meaning it uses what it needs for oiling and any additional oil is passed through, burnt off or spit out on my driveway. Restrictor comes in the form of running an-3 lines and adapters to 1/8"npt. He seemed to think this still left 15% more oiling than might be necessary but better than oil starve I suspect.
