Steve - probably the best size for the rear is as Brian - RarlyL8 says 335/30 x 18" I would think a 12" rear would be best for that size. On the front I would think 8.5 up to a 9.5" would work, but remember you do not have power steering and the very large wheels gets to be a handful to turn at low speeds. I would think a 2.75" outer lip on the front with a 6.75" inner makes a 9.5 front wheel and in the rear the widest rim (outer I can get is 5.25") so that with a 6.75 makes a 12". Those centers are BBS, If you are going to keep the 965 style front and rear bumpers - basically sounds like you are going to build a RSR 965 wide body. The most widely accepted, best styled wheel for the 965 cars is the Speedline 3.6 Turbo or RH 3.6 wheel. Problem is they were never made in these sizes to fit your early 69 911. It is all custom. 805-498-7261 jdorociak@gmail.com
