My thoughts again if the wheels are built, with tires and the body guy is extending the flared fender he gets to see if the visual looks right as he is building vs just making a 14" rear flare, mounting the new tires/wheels and looking at the rear end/ side view and seeing everything looking right. It is conceivable that someone could actually make a bodywork mistake and not see it until tires/wheels mounted and everything settling for the first visual look. Jim
