The wheels in the above picture are from Zuffenhaus. 17x9x11. 235 fronts & 275 rears. The alternative would be 245/255 fronts & 315 rears.

Are you sure your wheels are factory original? 225/285 seems a bit wide for factory back in 1984. But if you know the car, you know the car.

FWIW, Peter Morgan's book Original Porsche 911 lists stock turbo wheel sizes as:
1975: 15x7x8, wearing 185/70 fronts and 215/60 rears.
1976: 205/55 fronts and 225/50 rears (still on 15" wheels).
1977: 16 wheels in 7" & 8" with the same tire widths as before, 205 & 225.
1987: 16x7x9 (up an inch in the rear) with 205/55 front tires & 245/45 rears.
