I'm presently w/o a Euro-spec car to cite as an example, but I've seen decals/badges like this on cars that were imported and federalized, as would have been the case w/ any '84 930...if it is indeed a product of this process rather than a factory-affixed label, then whatever sizes were marked on it were/are simply the sizes that the car was wearing when it left Europe and/or reached AmeriSpec or whomever handled the federalization. Didn't and don't mean to poop on the party, but my gut says this is the case.
