You don't want to store any parts in a jar of methanol but, with the WMI the ratio of WM to gas the issue is nearly nill because of the WMI duty cycle and the atomization of the mixture. The additives and lubricants in the gas will wash away any methanol trace. Kind of like alcohol dragsters they flush the motor with gas between runs. One added benifit of WMI is that it will keep your cylinders, piston domes, valves, and intake steam cleaned.
