A compression ratio of 9.3:1 will greatly limit the boost, so @0.5, that sounds about right.

Are you doing anything to your clutch package to take up that additional Torque? The standard 5-Speed 915 tranny was too weak for a 245HP 1975-77 3.0L Turbo, hence the standard 4-speed on the 930 until much later, when they went to a 5-speed.

I did a transplant on my 82SC-Targa with a 3.3 turbo-(Top end rebuild 1994)-Cams,polished,7006,AIC-HKS,..ETC..ETC.. My car is at 380-400 to the wheels. Plus being a lightweight car, its no joke. I use my car strictly for HWY-TOP END--60-130MPH +-No drag races.

I did rebuild the 915 tansmission and still have an organic clutch. No problems that area. I have currently 15,000+ miles on the engine and the 915.

Just-relax in 1ST AND 2ND GEAR. You will be fine. INMOP.
