There is a guy here who sells a jig for drilling out exhaust studs. I bought it when i was building my engine the frist time. I have used it several times since it's very handy and works well. When i bought my car it was apart and in many boxes. Some of the head studs needed replaced. A couple weeks ago while i was getting my spare set of heads ready to be sent out for twin plugging and porting a few of those studs needed to be drilled out also. I just double nutted them and heated with a torch. All but two came out and those snapped off. So i drilled them out and time certed them. I'll send you the link if i can find it. He posted over on the engine building forum i think.
