New plugs installed and still the same thing. Unless someone has another simple test/check then I'll have to wait for that gauge at this point I don't know what else to look at.

Another idea, is the WUR clean-able? What I mean is can I take it off and take it apart and visibly inspect the inside and/or clean it out and re-install it or actually see the diaphragm if it's broken or not?

Here's another idea. Can I start the car and unplug the cold start valve and see if it clears up? How could I test that cold start valve so I can rule it out...

I also have an old cap and rotor I'm going to put back on to see if there's an issue with spark.
