930 S Timing, 25 degs why ? look at pic's

I have a ROW 930/66 distributor which call for 29 deg at 4000 rpms w/ hoses, yes two hoses disconnected , Does any body know why the special wishes 930S is set up for 25 degs at 4000 rpms w/hoses disconnected , I have the High flow blk fuel head and the 930S Bosch 112 WUR, large IC, Garrett Turbo and 1.1 bar boost and Bosch W4CS spark plugs.

Does any one know if 930/66 and the 930S distributor are the same units with the same internals just different timing. Should be retarding my timing to 25 degs also , My car runs great , I'm not having any problems, just want to be optimal , What do you think?
