I'm happy with my electromotive XDI2. I am twin plug, but of course it can be configured for single plug. The XDI2 is laptop programmable, and will hook up with a standard GM MAP sensor for on boost timing control. Richard Clewett can sell you a set-up with the trigger wheel pulley and sensor mount and will provide after sales support. Easy peasy.

I haven't begun to experiment, but the XDI2 has programmable input and output channels. You can wire up a valet switch that triggers a lowered rpm limit. On one output channel, you can also set up a MAP vs. RPM duty cycle table. You could use an output channel to control a solenoid valve on the wur boost hose (similar to the rpm solenoid Brian Leask sells), or possibly even to control a frequency valve on the WUR control pressure circuit.
