Just 2 cents more

As to the cam timing, I think there was a little room ( stock is 0.7mm if I remember correctly.... maybe it could have been delayed to 0.3mm or less )

As to the timing, I think it can be adjusted to 24░ on boost without problem ( assuming fuelling & AFR curve are correct and injectors are in good conditions )

As to the power question, that's not easy to predict what the dyno will measure. However according to your descprition, it is reasonnable to think that you will get something between 320 and 330 rwhp ...........ah it's a gambling , so I bet on 322.5
