Jesper, as far as plugs for the air injectors, I had the same issue - my engine had some cap screws threaded in and one blew out on the track. I sourced some brass plugs - tapered. I am not sure where I got them but pretty sure I found them via Pelican. You dont need any loctite. Just screw them up tight. I presume brass expands faster than aluminium. They have not budged.
