Fletcher - you will want to kick up the timing in the 600rpm column, it helps to keep the engine rpm from dropping under load...
oh, And I believe your timing numbers in boost are too conservative. Remember too much retarded timing builds heat. Not good on an air cooled head. You should have zero issues running 18-20* total at full boost (10-14psi) on pump fuel. Use your "Air Temp timing adder" to pull timing under "hot conditions".
