This is first time I drive a stock 930/965 turbo...

I install air intake kit and a mini boost controller. cost about $100 USD.

First few drive I got 1.1 - 1.2 bar of boost I have to turn it down.

I got 1 bar of boost at 3000 RPM. I thought stock 930/965 turbo full boost is at 4000RPM????

Ok, I got 1 bar boost at 3000 RPM with this set up, if I install header kit and free flow muffler I think 1 bar of boost would come in at 2600 RPM.
yep, it should come on faster with headers...I like these:
