Looks great cliyde, hopefully it gets decent airflow, Chris at Turbokraft said their non tail intercooler lacked the airflow needed to cool it down. Have you thought about before and after temp sensors? Andial make a kit. Would be interesting to see how efficient it is.
These guys achieved extra airflow flow by creating fins, they look a little dramatic, I spoke to the owner of the business, he said it made a huge difference...:
