I don't know how to reset it but AFR gauge should give some pointers on that. 1/4 turn is A LOT of change so it only takes little adjustments to make difference and thats why it's easy to mess out of operating range.

I would possibly turn it ccw to make it leaner first so it would not start and then start richening it. But your exhaust did not puff rich smoke so maybe you are already too lean?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

BTW. You do not want to test one injector at time as then it fills the other cylinders with fuel.
