I would think there is an oil cooler in the right front fender with a fan on it. Check and see that the fan works.
If there is no oil cooler there and I don't mean a worthless trombone thing, install one with a fan and thermostat in the oil cooler to turn the fan on.

If there is a real oil cooler, fan, and thermostat something isn't working and the origonal thermostat screwed into the end tank of the cooler can be replaced with some BMW thermostat that will turn on the fan at a lower temperature.

Some people put in a switch or use the rear wiper switch if the wiper is removed to manually turn on the oil cooler fan when sitting in traffic.

Oil temp that high is not good.
