Does Porsche sell a replacement vinyl window? Has anyone else successfully replaced a vinyl window? Does the entire convertible roof have to come off?

I was considering a boat repair shop since boat covers use vinyl windows all the time, but I wanted your input before I did anything.

Thanks for any input.
You should be able to call any convertible top joint where you live and get a price. I'm sure it's cheaper if you remove the top yourself and take it to them. It only takes about 1.5 hours or so to get it off. It's pretty simple with two people. The micro switch on the left side of the frame is not hard once you've done it. You move the hold in clip sideways. Instead of what you think is correct.
After taking this thing off once. It's just not hard to do.
Good luck, Randy
