Do not incline the struts with the top forward of the ball joint.

I am not even sure if this is possible within the range of adjustment on the 911/930.

If you have negative trail (I am not really sure what the convention is for positive caster versus negative caster), which would be the opposite of the motorcycle case, you would end up with unstable steering. That is, a small displacement of the steering wheel would want to grow out of control if you had too much negative trail.

Think of it like trying to back up your car with a trailer on it.

You want negative caster, the question is just how much is best for you.

By the way, if you have positive wheel offset, which 911s/930s do, then while the wheels will lean into the turn with negative caster, the car will roll to the outside.
